"And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself"
Rumi

Going on a head clearing journey is one of the most spiritual journeys you can undertake. All major religions of the world has one. As a Hindu you can visit Lord Shiva, the destroyer of ignorance and illusion on Mount Kailash. Tantric buddhist also finds supreme bliss here in the home of Buddha Demchok. In Japan you can visit the Shinto shrines of the Kumano Kodo or go to Mecca.

My journey is the 500 mile trek of the Camino Frances, part of the Camino de Santiago in Spain. I have reached a point in my life where I have to re-evaluate "Who am I?", "What do I believe?" and "Where do I want to go?".

These are not easy questions. This blog is an attempt to prepare myself for this metaphorical "next stage" of my life.

I am going on a reflective examination of the journey so far, an honest attempt to understand the pivotal events which shaped my life. These memories are long forgotten and acts like old photos on a lost memory card never downloaded.

I am staying anonymous - "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!". It allows me to be honest without justification.
